Back to school... oh well

Well, looks like the Christmas break is over and we're back to school! I had a great time this break and it was fantastic especially dancing Gangnam Style on New Year's Eve! My exam is due tomorrow! Anyway, how was your Christmas break and what did you do in the break? Please comment! :)

Installing BSL version to this blog!

Some of you who are full BSL users might not be able to fully understand what I am saying on this blog but here's a good thing for you - a BSL version!! Each post I have made will have a BSL version, so you won't miss anything! :)

Oppa Gangnam Style!

Happy new year and I hope you had a great time last night! I feel I'm still living in 2012 but, anyway, we are in the future! I don't have many new year's resolutions, really, but I think that maybe I should blog more and study more. Do you have any new year's resolutions? I would like to know what they are.
Well, let's get prepared for 2013! We are in the 2012 aftermath so we should start a new era and also a new world packed full of fun and you should enjoy it! :D

By the way, I danced Gangnam Style for a happy new year, so here's the link to my video:

I know it was a funny thing to do - but hey! Hahaha! xD

Hello!

Hello and welcome to my blog! This is the first post that I ever wrote on 'Nowhere Lies The Road'.

Well, you know, I called this blog 'Nowhere Lies The Road' so it would be a unique name because I went on a USA holiday with my father and brother. We drove though the Death Valley on a very long straight road which reminds me of the road called 'Road to Nowhere' in Strangetown (One of the neighbourhoods that ships with original The Sims 2). You can see the photo of a long straight road in this blog header.

Let me to tell you a bit of info about me:
I am deaf since my birth, I wear hearing aids all time. But I will be getting Cochlear Implants and the operation is set for 28th January 2013. Well, I'm bit nervous about it but I'm also excited. I want it because I want to improve my hearing so I can hear people talking clearly. Oh and I can't hear higher frequencies e.g. birds singing (I know this may annoy you but it's my mum's favourite sound), this is why I can't understand what people are saying. I am a BSL user but I will learn how to listen and speak  after having the Cochlear Implants. Okay, it's not certain that I will achieve speech or fully understand what people say but I am hopeful!

Have a good day! :D
